Now that it is nearing the end of the semester we have to start thinking about the project presentation we have do in this class. As we were talking about it on Monday I started to get ideas about what I wanted to do for my project. This semester I am also taking Production & Utilization of Technology in the classroom and mostly each week we work on a project using some type of technology whether it'd be windows movie maker, excel, powerpoint, or a glog. Each project we obviously taylor to our own content needs and standards while keeping with Dr. Yamamoto's rubric. Each time we have done the weekly projects I have tried to make them with interesting objectives for my future students, sometimes throwing pop culture in with the lesson as well.
For this project I am thinking about using one of the ones I have done for that class since they are fully formed activities that follow lesson objectives along with standards as well as having the class use some forms of technology. I may tweek them a little bit but I think I may use my Webquest activity, which I was really pleased how it turned out. I was passionate about the topic I chose and I hope it was one students would get interested in. I would like to use it for this NPM so I am able to get feedback for actual classroom use.
